SwiftProx PET Composite Cards are specially designed to provide a more durable solution for high use and demanding card applications. Composite cards provide better thermal stability and heat resistance than standard PVC, making them perfect for high temperature thermal retransfer printing. They are comparable to HID 1586 and excellent for use within access control applications.
These cards use a PVC Core to laminate and protect all electrical components, the core being surrounded by impressively high-strength PET. This manufacturing process ensures that the cards you receive are a long-lasting solution, especially well-suited for applications wherein frequent use of the cards is required. This added strength helps to protect the cards against bumps and scratches which can lead to untimely damages and, since composite cards provide better thermal stability and heat resistance, these cards are a perfect choice for high temperature thermal retransfer printing.
