Entrust Sigma DS2 ID Card Printer - Configurable

The Entrust Sigma DS2 ID Card Printer is the latest offering from Entrust, replacing the previous Datacard SD range and providing a new streamlined, user friendly experience.

Great care has been taken with the development of the Sigma range to ensure that these printers are as user friendly as possible, including intuitive dashboards and interfaces, allowing for updates on printer status, firmware or even  help and training videos.

This ease of use has not been at the expense of security though with an equal amount of care put into maintaining privacy and securing your data, including encryped data transfers, secured boot processes and various security features available to protect against forgeries or tampering.

The Entrust Sigma DS2 also offers a range of features for scalability and flexibility including additional capabilities and integrations with mobile devices to allow printing at anytime, from anywhere.

Incorporating a 125 card input hopper, the Entrust Sigma DS2 is capable of printing cards with thicknesses between 0.25mm - 1.016mm in CR80 and CR79 sizes at speeds of up to 225 full colour single sided cards at 300dpi resolution per hour.

The Entrust Sigma DS2 is available in both single sided and dual sided variants, each with the option to add a mag stripe encoder. 

The Entrust Sigma DS2 includes the required drivers and cables but DOES NOT include any cards or ribbons by default; these can be added by selecting a bundle option or each item can be ordered seperatley as needed.
