What is our Price Match Promise?

If you have seen any of our products for cheaper elsewhere, we will be happy to look into matching the price for you.

We regularly examine competition so as to make sure that our prices are the most affordable, and because we are teamed with the world’s leading suppliers this is usually the case. Nonetheless our Price Match Promise gives you the ability to make sure that you always get the best deal, and therefore to have maximum peace of mind.

Terms and Conditions

The competitor must have the identical product both in stock at the time of match and available to purchase immediately for the general public.

The Price Match promise is applicable to products publicly advertised by a UK VAT Registered retailer, in store or online. They must be an authorised reseller and not a sole trader or auction site.

ID Cards Direct Ltd take into account the competitor’s shipping cost in order to work out the total price.

ID Cards Direct Ltd reserve the right to verify or to request actual written proof of the competitor’s pricing prior to the Price Match.

Any Price Match offered is limited to one order per customer within a 30-day period from the date the match is issued.

This Price Match Promise does not apply to products on sale, display models, special offers, typographical errors, any personalised products and exclusive or limited quantity items.

Price Match must be made prior to purchase being made.

The Price Match Promise cannot be applied in conjunction with any offer.
