MIFARE Classic® EV1 1K Blank White PVC Cards with Hi-Co (4000oe) Magnetic Stripe

If you have heard of the general term ‘MIFARE® 1k’, then this is the flagship product that you need and you are on the right product page if you need this card with a Hi-Co Magstripe 4,000oe. (The magnetic stripe, in this case, contains a higher oersted version of the more standard 2,750oe Hi-Co and is more common in ATM and point of sale applications.) The ‘MIFARE 1k’ official name is MIFARE Classic® EV1 1k as there has been some recent version updates to the basic product by the chip manufacturer, NXP. Some people also refer to this product as ‘Mifare 1k Standard’.

These MIFARE 1k Classic Ev1 cards contain a Hi-Co Magstripe (4,000oe) with the standard 4 byte UID. However please contact us if you need the less common 7-byte UID header on the card.

MIFARE Classic 1k cards are ideal for a range of applications including cashless vending, transport, loyalty, event ticketing. Physical access control systems are another popular application and demand.

The cards are according to the ISO standard, CR80 in size (standard credit card size) and the thickness is 820 micron. They contain a premium gloss finish to enable easy personalisation if you are planning to over-print the card with a desktop card printer. They operate at a frequency of 13.56MHz and include read/write capabilities and ISO/IEC 14443 type A compliance.
