The HID Omnikey 5023 (R5023018-DB) is a high frequency, contactless samrt card reader suitable for SEOS & SIO enabled credentials as well as iClass, Mifare Classic & Mifare Desfire.
Suitable for usage with access control, computer login and more, the Omnikey 5023 features CCID support, eliminating the need to install drivers on WIndows, Mac or Android.
This reader could be thought of as an upgraded Omnikey 5022, carrying over all features and functionality of that device while adding addition features and support for SIO credentials through the new integrated cryptograhic module.
The Omnikey 5023 is integrated and tested with HID's ActivID Tap, ActiveID & ActivClient solutions and applets and is a great solution for two factor authentication compliance.
The Omnikey 50230318 is compatible with the following chip types:
